I find a lot of peace and renewal in nature, travel, creativity, and meaningful connection. One of my favorite memories is traveling the entire Oregon coast and continuing into Northern California to stand among the Redwoods. The rhythm of the ocean and the quiet awe of the trees felt incredibly immersive—both grounding and freeing at the same time.
In my free time, I love printmaking, especially creating portraits of beloved pets who have passed as a way to honor their memory. I also enjoy thrifting and thoughtfully searching for pieces that bring beauty, calm, and a sense of organization to my home or workspace. Visual creativity is one of the ways I practice mindfulness and reconnect with myself. I also feel connected to myself and others through a good laugh, whether it’s in a funny situation or found in a great comedy show.
I’ve been married to my husband since 2013, and together we’re raising our daughter, who brings so much joy into our lives. Our Husky, Aspen, and two cats keep things lively and full of personality in our home.
